Recall.

I don't think I could ever forget.
Once again, I ended up browsing through pictures.
Past the buildings, statues, flowers, drinks, food, etc.
Some of my favorite images or memories.

Nights in Madrid. Sol. Chueca.
Capturing these moments make me smile.
Purity at its best.

Retiro.
Could be any other park but it gave a different vibe.
I could still feel the sun.

The last couple nights with the ladies.
I'm so glad to have met such wonderful people.

They say...
Memories fade away, but never forgotten.
I don't want either to happen.
Recall. Rewind. Remind.
Life.

Sugary Summer.

My last post was too sinful.
Time to add some SUGAR & SPICE!

Reading. Web Surfing.
Let's add: Drooling.

Tray of sugar from cooking class in Madrid.
Natural sugar: Channing Tatum
White sugar: Joseph Gordon-Levitt
Brown sugar: Derek Ramsay

These sugary men have been spicing up my summer.

Sinful Summer.

No fault in having fantasies.
I have spent most of my time reading and online surfing.

New version of Safari lays out all my recent favorite sites:
SUmail - yuck.
Google - yum.
Bank - yuck.
OMG! - keepin up with the modern times ;P
Sartorialist - yum.
Lookbook - yum with extra sauce.
Urban - yum.
Bershka - yum.
Topshop - yum.

To my unrealistic side of brain/heart:
YSL
Chanel
Marc Jacobs
Gucci

Outstanding Obsessions:
I got excited and made collages of my favorites. oops.

Black. Blue. Gold.
Topshop. YSL. Chanel. Marc Jacobs.
Classics: Studs. Jewels. Ribbon. Mary Janes.

Chain Gang.
Marc Jacobs. Chanel. YSL. Gucci.
One word: Magical!

Sinful thinking ...

Asturias.
Beyond the Mountains.

Chapter 4.

I fell in love with this region.
Peaceful, yet vibrating with energy.
I would love to do a fieldstudy here.
I found out another hobby to take up: horseback riding.
I need to come back spring time to kayak.
Style: Lace up those hiking boots. Windbreaker. Northface backpack.
Unfortunately, I neglected to take a photo of the wooden shoes the old locals wore.

La Fábrica de Sidra Champán.
El Gaitero.

Cider being poured.
Tasted like apple flavored beer.
Google how its supposed to be drank. Fabulous skills needed.

Montes: Amazing professor.
I love how he loves his homeland.
Oh and his accent was hilarious and so cute!
He needs to adopt me.

Montes del Inferno.
The name says it all.

Loved the hike.
Climbing and going down the mud. Dangerously fun.

Pasteur land.

I wouldn't oppose on living here.

Horseback riding in the mountains.
Breathtaking sights.
Horses skilled for maneuvering on narrow paths.

La Ruta de la Braña de Sousas.
White tee. Dark jeans. Sneakers. Not the best horseback riding and hiking attire.

Valle del Lago.

Hiking day3.

Nate my bud!
One more step = death.
PS: sweatshirt around the waist -> only appropriate in high altitudes.

Braña de Mumian.
Braveheart filmed here.

My favorite trip we took.
Unbelivably refreshing.
Definitely going back.
Barcelona.
Half-hearted.

Chapter 3.

Barca was precious, but way too touristy. Doesn't mean I still didn't love it.
Shopping was great.
I would love to stay here to study and give it another chance.
Style: Less is more. Literally. Nudity no biggy.
The city is known to aspire for modernity and separation from the rest of Spain. The boutiques reflect the influence. More Euro-vision and Western influence.

Mercado de la Boquería.
Freshness.

Paella.

Sagrada Familia.
I never really appreciated Gaudi until this visit.

Parque Güell.
Another Gaudi architecture.
These children were so precious.

Amazing desserts at Restaurante Avenida Palace.

Manzana de la Discordia.
Gaudi.

La Pedrera.
Wrinkled satin shirt. Michael Kors bag. Ripped jean shorts. Bershka sandals.

Montjüic.

Get dressed.
Catedral de Barcelona.

My favorite part of Barca: Crema Catalana

Sitges.

We made our own sangria.
Delish.

Andalucia
Cordoba. Sevilla. Granada.

Chapter 2.

Every weekend we took trips, which meant we only had school for 3 days a week. No complaints there.
South of Spain had so much character and historical buildings. Also, the olive oil was unbelievable.
As for style: I have accepted the MCHammer type pants, but there's no way I'm rockin the really baggy ones.

Passing by an old lady.
The blue was so vibrant.

Don Quixote.

Great Mosque of Cordoba.
The details were absolutely mesmerizing.

Yes. I'm sporting MCHammer pants.
I felt like Aladin. It was refreshing.

Magnum ice cream.
Unbelievable. I miss it everyday.

The desert city was filled with history and colors.

Real Maestranza de Sevilla.

The night in Sevilla.

This small church had so much character.

Plaza de España.
My dress seemed to match the architecture.

Astonishing.

Cathedral of Sevilla.

Beach of Mazagón.

Donuts weren't popular.

Croquetas! Yummm

Alhambra.
Long dress seemed fitting to the unbelievable architecture.

This dude had a mullet.
Oh and the tiles and walls were breathtaking.
Just like the Taj Mahal.

Flamenco show at the cave.
Sangria they served was the best I've ever had.

Alhambra at night.
I could still feel my heart stopping at this beauty.
